Episcopal High School Basketball Camp - Boys & Girls

EHS Basketball Camp has something for everyone – whether you are a serious player looking to improve his/her game, a novice hoping to learn the sport or just someone who wants to meet new people while playing the greatest sport in the world.  If you have further questions, please contact us at bsanders@ehshouston.org. June 7-10, 2010
9-12 p.m. Rising 4, 5, & 6th graders
1-4 p.m. Rising 7, 8, & 9 graders

Knight Power: Strength and Conditioning Course - 5 Week Course

The program offers weight training, flexibility development, cardiovascular fitness, agility training, plyometrics, and speed training.

June 3 - July 1 (Monday – Thursday)
10:00 – 11:30 a.m.   
Cost: $150.00

Summer Box Lacrosse Program

EHS is offering a Summer Box (indoor) Lacrosse Camp for boys entering grades 4-7 and 8-10.  Box lacrosse is similar in concept to basketball or hockey in that everyone plays offense and defense and handles the ball often.  This is a tremendous way to gain the necessary skills to play field lacrosse.  Boys with or without experience are encouraged to play, and by week’s end campers will greatly improve their skills. Camp fee is $155.

June 14-18, 2010
10 to 11:45 a.m.  Rising 4th through 7th graders
12:15 to 2 p.m.  Rising 8th through 10th graders

Summer Volleyball Camp

This Volleyball Camp will prepare players to walk on the court confident and ready to compete. Camp fee is $170.

June 15-17, 2010
11:00a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - 6th-8th grade
1:00 - 3:00 p.m. - 9th-12th grade

Summer Baseball Camp

The EHS baseball staff and players are ready to help you improve your individual skills, whether it be hitting, pitching, or defense.  This camp will provide each camper with individual attention and coaching. Skills and Games Camp: Ages 8-14. Camp fee is $150 per player.
