In addition to serving with our year-long partners, SOS offers a wide variety of one-off service projects to give students lots of different opportunities to get involved serving in a variety of ways. Freshman Service DayTo introduce new students to service at EHS the entire class, and their teachers, serve on one day. This event shows the freshman how fun service can be so that they choose to serve during their time at EHS. | Race for the CureEHS has regularly been the largest high school team and is one of the top fundraisers for the Race for the Cure 5K supporting efforts to find a cure for breast cancer. |
Challenger Football / BasketballDuring challenger football in the fall, and challenger basketball in the spring EHS athletes, cheerleaders and fans give disabled children a taste of the excitement of EHS sports. | Home RepairEvery year a large number of EHS students work all day to revamp a home for family that needs assistance. |
