The EHS athletic pillar is thrilled to announce that Stephanie Colson has been named head girls lacrosse coach and wellness instructor.

Coach Colson comes to EHS from St. Swithun's School in Winchester, England where she served as a teacher, dorm parent, and lacrosse coach. In addition to her experience at St. Swithun's, Coach Colson has coached with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Coach Colson recently competed with the Italian national team in the women's World Championships where she scored 24 goals in seven games.

Coach Colson had a decorated college lacrosse experience at Gettysburg College where she led the Bullets to back-to-back NCAA D-III national titles in 2017 and 2018. In addition to the national titles, Coach Colson was named the NCAA D-III national player of the year and national tournament most valuable player in 2018.

Coach Colson holds a bachelor's degree in health science from Gettysburg with a minor in educational studies. While in England, Coach Colson earned a masters degree in public health from the University of Nottingham.

In addition to lacrosse, Coach Colson will assist the JV field hockey team in the fall season.
