The EHS Athletic Pillar is thrilled to welcome Hannah Fisher (field hockey), Kasye Beza (cross country), and Jacob Tatum (boys lacrosse) to the head coaching ranks.

Coach Fisher joins us from the Ivy League where she served as an assistant coach at Brown University. Before moving to Rhode Island, Coach Fisher worked as an assistant coach at both Central Michigan and Davidson. Coach Fisher played collegiately at Davidson where she earned Atlantic 10 pre and post season recognition and a bachelor’s degree in anthropology.

In addition to her coaching duties, Coach Fisher will teach in the History Department.

Coach Beza has over 20 years of coaching experience, both in Missouri and Florida, and comes to us from the Community School of Naples where she has been the head cross country and track and field coach. Coach Beza is a 2002 graduate of Truman State (MO) University where she was a three-time NCAA Division II All American. As a coach, she has earned Naples Daily News Cross Country Coach of the Year recognition in 2022, 2023, and 2024.

In addition to her coaching duties, Coach Beza will teach in the English Department.

Coach Tatum is no stranger to the SPC and THSLL South Region as he has served as an assistant coach at both St. John’s and Memorial. A 2017 All-American at Kingwood High School, Tatum continued his lacrosse experience at Stevenson University where he was a team captain, two-time D-III All American, and 2021 MAC Offensive Player of the Year.

In addition to his coaching duties, Coach Tatum will teach health as a member of the Wellness Department.
