The Varsity Girls Soccer team returned from Dallas with another SPC Championship trophy as the Knights defeated St. Stephen’s 3-2 in penalty kicks in the SPC 4A Championship game.

The Knights earned the #1 seed in the tournament thanks to an impressive regular season which featured a perfect 6-0 record in south zone play. The Knights defeated #8 seed St. John’s 3-2 in the opener and #6 seed Hockaday 2-0 in the semifinal. In the championship match, the Knights overcame an 0-2 deficit to force overtime. After a scoreless overtime, the Knights scored the game winning penalty kick on their sixth attempt.
