On the strength of eleven SPC championships and a girls lacrosse state title, the EHS athletic pillar completed 2023-24 as the ninth-ranked program in the final MaxPreps Cup standings. In addition to the eleven SPC championships, the Knights earned three SPC runner-up finishes. The Knights also claim bragging rights locally as they finished as the top ranked program in Texas.
