Student Senate Representative Leads Area Board Meeting

In November, EHS Student Senate members attended the first in-person meeting for Texas Associations of Student Council District 13, which is comprised of more than 100 Houston area schools, and of which, EHS serves as the Nova Delegate.

Chandler Hollis '23, who is the EHS representative to the board, helped to lead the board meeting in front of an audience of nearly 1000 student leaders. He represented EHS with integrity and honor as he encouraged the student leaders to plan and implement projects on their campuses that can raise awareness and support mental wellness. In this role, Chandler, along with the rest of the district board, will help to plan and lead an overnight workshop in January and another regional meeting in February.

EHS is truly proud of Hollis and the others as they lead in this reputable organization.
