Campus Improvement Logistics
We want to make sure our community is well-equipped to navigate the campus safely and efficiently for the duration of the campus improvement project. We have included a campus map below. These changes will be in place for the duration of the project.

⇔ Entrance and Exit Gate Hours:
Bissonnet Street:
Monday – Friday Open 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Fournace Place:
Monday – Friday Open 6:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
On Saturdays the Bissonnet and Fournace gates open from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The campus is closed on Sundays.
610 Feeder Road:
Monday – Friday Opens at 4:30 a.m. and closes at 8:30 a.m. Opens again at 2:30 p.m. and closes at 4:30 p.m.
610 feeder road gate is closed on weekends.
⇔ Parking Garage:
Access to the parking garage will be from the north end only. The Bissonnet entrance will be open for drop-off and pick-up only and offers vehicle access only to the Ellipse. Guest parking will be limited during school hours. Please follow the instructions of the security team during the duration of this campus improvement project. EHS has plans in place for accommodating our large school events as well as extracurricular activities. More information will come ahead of those events.
⇔ Pedestrian pathways: (noted on the map in pink)
Foot traffic across campus will be as usual, with two exceptions.
- There will be no access to the parking garage at the south pedestrian gate near the baseball field. All other pedestrian gates to the garage will remain in use.
- Side access to the Convent and Fine Arts Wing will be closed. Those buildings will be accessed from the Ellipse or the central entrance of the buildings from the interior Trinity Courtyard.
In the parking garage, there will be pedestrian access on the north end close to the Underwood Theatre and the middle gate near the elevator. The south end entrance will be within the construction zone and not accessible. There will be an emergency exit from the second level of the parking garage. Please pay special attention to safety signs in the construction zone area.
⇔ Safety:
Safety remains at the forefront of our plans. Marked in yellow is the construction zone. Access to this area will be limited to the contractors who have passed the EHS screening security measures. No contractors will circulate outside the enclosed construction zone. The company we have contracted has a long-standing relationship with us, and we are confident that they share our commitment to safety.
