Field Hockey Camp
This camp is all about growing your game in a fun, competitive, and supportive environment. Players will sharpen their technical skills — stick work, passing, shooting, defense—while also building their tactical awareness through small-sided games and real-game scenarios. We focus on improving these pieces, so athletes learn how to read the field, make smart decisions, and play confidently under pressure.
Beyond the skills, this camp is about connection and team culture. Through team challenges, competitive drills, and lots of game play, athletes will build confidence, leadership, and strong bonds with teammates—all while having a great time! So, come join us - whether new or returning to the sport, we’d love to have you there!

Wrestling Camps
Join us this summer for the Episcopal High School Wrestling Camp — an opportunity for athletes of all experience levels to grow, compete, and have fun in a challenging and supportive environment.
We are offering two camp options designed to meet wrestlers where they are:
Beginner Camp (No Experience Necessary)
Perfect for first-time wrestlers or athletes new to the sport. This camp will focus on:
- Proper stance and motion
- Fundamental takedowns
- Basic pinning combinations
- Wrestling movements and body control
- Competitive games that build coordination and confidence
Athletes will be introduced to wrestling in a fun, energetic way while developing discipline, balance, and foundational skills.
Experienced Camp
Designed for wrestlers with at least one full year of experience, looking to sharpen their technique and elevate their performance. This camp will focus on:
- Setups and finishing takedowns
- Chain wrestling concepts
- Higher-level turns and pinning combinations
- Situational drilling and live wrestling
Athletes will be pushed to refine details, build mat awareness, and compete at a higher level.
Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or preparing for championship competition, the Episcopal High School Wrestling Camp provides a high-energy environment focused on skill development, confidence, and competitive growth.

Middle School Volleyball Camp
Our advanced training and competition camp addresses the skills needed to compete at the highest club, middle, and high school levels. We fast-track our training regime by increasing the intensity and pace of the drills, thereby supplying a highly repetitive environment for both the beginner and the elite player. Our training academies target individual position skills, ball control, footwork, and speed to give players an on-court advantage. We combine this training camp with our favorite competition camp.
