Laptop Protection Plan

The Annual Laptop Protection Plan Fee of $200 is charged to the Student Account in August and appears on the September 1st billing statement.

EQUIPMENT COVERED
Limited to laptops purchased through Episcopal High School for currently enrolled students.

EFFECTIVE DATES OF COVERAGE
July 2026 through June 2027.

REPAIR COVERAGE - ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE
Covers all parts and service not covered under manufacturer's warranty.

Deductible For Display Repair: $50.00
Deductible For All Other Forms of Damage: $150.00

REPLACEMENT COVERAGE
Provide replacement coverage for all laptops lost or stolen within the continental United States.

Deductible During Freshmen Year: $500
Deductible During Sophomore Year: $750.00
Deductible During Junior Year: $1,000.00
Deductible During Senior Year: Actual Laptop Cost

EXCLUSIONS
Laptops damaged due to obvious negligence or abuse.
