PLAN I - STANDARD TUITION PLAN
PLAN II - MONTHLY ACH DIRECT DEBIT
In order to facilitate monthly tuition and fee payments at Episcopal High School, arrangements were made with BBVA Compass Bank to utilize the Automated Clearing House for direct debits at your financial institution. As payment for tuition and fees, pre-authorized amounts will be debited monthly from your account and deposited into the account of Episcopal High School. For families electing to spread payments over the course of the school year, participation in the ACH method is mandatory.
If you select Plan II, the Business Office will provide complete details of the arrangements.
Food Service includes both break and lunch daily and is required of all students.
LEARNING WITH LAPTOPS PROGRAM
All new Episcopal High School students are required to participate in our Learning With Laptops Program, which includes Apple computers and software provided by EHS. Experience with a 1:1 laptop program has proven that the best way to control costs, provide equal access, and ensure high-quality technology services and support is to adopt uniform school computer standards.
NEW STUDENT FEE
The New Student Fee is a one-time charge per student, which supports the ongoing mission of Episcopal High School.
TUITION REFUND PLAN
As stipulated in the enrollment contract, full payment of tuition for the academic year is unconditional. In the event of separation, this program provides an opportunity to receive a predetermined refund of tuition according to terms of the benefit formulae. Likewise, if the total amount of the tuition has not been paid in full, the program will pay a predetermined amount to the School to settle all or a portion of your unpaid account according to terms of the benefit formulae.
