EHS exceeded expectations in all areas set by the Texas Association of Student Councils and has been recognized as a Sweepstakes School. 

Engineers, mathematicians, and scientists spoke to EHS students about careers involving innovation.

EHS senior Karson Gordon broke the national high school triple jump record at the Texas Relays.

Artworks were submitted by teachers in six states, including Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, Tennessee, California, and Texas. Only 36 artworks were accepted for exhibit.

Mike Domitrz works closely with students, parents, and educators across the country to produce national initiatives relating to the ways we approach respectful relationships.

This year EHS had the most students qualify in its history with four student qualifications in five events.

This recognition shines a light on the EHS commitment to fostering an environment where students are confidently prepared for the collegiate sphere and have ample opportunity to strive for college credit during their high school experience.

Students competed at the South Texas District Qualifier for the 2024 National Speech and Debate Association (NSDA) National Tournament. 

This open conversation is designed to give parents the opportunity to discuss topics on their minds and the minds of their children and to hear from each other. 

Students were recognized during the Spring Induction and Senior Recognition Ceremony on February 12, 2024.
