Student Photos are Ready for Ordering

Individual school photographs are online and ready for purchase through Monday, December 24, 2018.

Purchasing pictures is easier than ever. Visit the following website: www.alanrossphotographer.com/Episinstr.html

• Read the instructions/information provided by the photographer.
• Click on the "Episcopal School Portraits Click To View" link at the bottom of the page.
• Click "Open Gallery" button (bottom right of page)
• Enter your e-mail address and the password: EHS18
• Click "Open Gallery" again and Navigate to the grade/photos you would like to favorite or add to cart/buy. Follow the on-screen prompts and complete your purchase via the Website.

Academic Updates: Grades, PSAT
The first quarter ends this Friday, October 12, and final grades will be available in Parent Central by noon on Wednesday, October 17. Remember that the online gradebook is always available for parents who want to check on a student's progress.
Also, on Wednesday, October 10, the sophomores and juniors will take the PSAT. Be sure your student enjoys a nutritious breakfast that morning and arrives with pencils and erasers.

• Families who wish to donate Grandparents Day Chapel Flowers may do so here. The deadline for donations is November 1.
  
• Christmas is right around the corner, and the Freshman Class is taking orders for their poinsettia fundraiser. Don't pass on the best deal for beautiful poinsettias--place your order here.

Derby Knight Auction Seeks Champion Donations for the Silent and Live Items
Planning for Auction 2019, Derby Knight, is out of the gate, and we need your help! Do you have a fabulous vacation home? Or do you own a business? We are looking for donations of any kind (i.e. vacation homes, getaways, spas, restaurants, items, etc.). If you would like to donate, please contact Debbie Kelley or Mandy Loper in the Auction Office.

Be sure to attend the October Auction luncheon, Friday, October 12, held at the home of Kelly Larkin and Fernando Parra, at 11:30 a.m. Everyone is invited to attend the Auction lunches. Join the fun!

Sophomores and Juniors Take the PSAT Tomorrow

Sophomores and Juniors - Come rested and prepared for the PSAT this Wednesday, October 10. Bring pencils and a calculator.

Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors - College Fairs continue this week. Check out our "What's New" page to view the entire schedule.

Seniors ACT/SAT Date - If you are planning to take the October ACT, you can still register with a late fee before the October 14 deadline. For the November SAT, there is till time to register with a late fee before October 24.
Seniors - If you are still working on your college applications and want our expertise, assistance, and encouragement, please come see us on Wednesday, October 10, in the College Counseling offices.
