Holy Week at Episcopal High School
Holy Week, April 6-11, commemorates the days leading up to the crucifixion of Christ and culminating with Easter, the feast of the resurrection. Parents are invited to join us in virtual Chapel for our Holy Week services on Monday through Thursday. Tune in with your child (through the All-Students Team) at the designated time each day, or explore some of the resources available for use on your own. On Teams, your child will find videos of short "Daily Devotions" services for morning, noon, evening, and night, following the ancient rhythm of monastic prayer. Available, too, will be an array of ideas for family activities, as well as more private ways to honor Holy Week. In the midst of these anxious times, may you and your family find meaning and sustenance from your journey through Holy Week! Almighty and everliving God, in your tender love for the human race you sent your Son our Savior Jesus Christ to take upon him our nature, and to suffer death upon the cross, giving us the example of his great humility: Mercifully grant that we may walk in the way of his suffering, and also share in his resurrection; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen. College Counseling and Seniors Share Messages of Wisdom with Community
