Holiday Travel, Interim Term, and Attestations Top the Week's List from Academics Update for Interim Term and Senior Outreach - Both will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday, January 5 and 6. The second semester for all students will begin on Thursday, January 7. Interim Term for grades 9-11 will involve Grade Level Learning and Community Time. Using the advisory structure, grade level learning for freshmen and sophomores will include Diversity, Community, and Inclusion and Choices/Life Skills. As in past years, our juniors will work with our college counselors on college application preparation. Just a reminder please that your holiday travel plans, if international, may impact your student's ability to attend Interim Term or Senior Outreach (please see our Travel Policy posted in Principal Kim Randolph's letter on our website). If your student misses Interim Term or Senior Outreach, for whatever reason, he/she will be required to successfully complete alternate assignments or extended community service time on weekends to receive credit on his/her transcript.
