A Note From Principal Kim Randolph Good Morning EHS Parents, As we have reported to our Board of Trustees, the feedback you provided through the survey process has been quite helpful, and we have used it as part of regular self-reflection and adjustments to our academic programs and operational procedures. Thank you! Today I have two items which will be of interest:
Dates for Interim Term and Senior Outreach - Both will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday, January 5 and 6. The second semester for all students begins on Thursday, January 7. Interim Term for grades 9-11 will involve Grade Level Learning and Community Time. If your student misses Interim Term or Senior Outreach, for whatever reason, he/she will be required to successfully complete alternate assignments or extended community service time on weekends to receive credit on his/her transcript. Daily Health Attestations - Please submit attestations by 7:45 a.m. Use Quickscreen for students -- either scan the QR Code or the Quickscreen link here -- and answer the questions. Those with yellow or red results are asked to contact our School Nurse Connie Thomas, RN, via email or at 713-512-3403. Students will not be allowed to enter campus without a green attestation result. Covid Dashboard - Last month we launched a Covid Dashboard, where the community can review current data about active Covid cases and quarantines. The dashboard is password-protected in Parent Central and is updated each Tuesday afternoon. Refer to our Coronavirus Quicklink details on attestations and Covid-era protocols.
We Need Your Support to Light Up the Knight! Auction Underwriting - Please consider being an underwriter for the Auction! You may register online, or mail your underwriter reply card to the Auction office. The deadline to register is Friday, December 11, 2020. Gift Cards - Calling all Knights! Amen. Tune into Episcopal High School's Thanksgiving Chapel streaming on Friday, November 20, at 9:40 a.m. Please share our Livestream link below with all grandparents and friends!
