Info for College Reps:

Scheduling a Visit

Episcopal High School College Counseling appreciates the partnerships created with college admission representatives. We look forward to welcoming you In Person from Wednesday, September 1st, 2021 thru Friday, November 5, 2021.  We have missed you!

Appointments may be scheduled through RepVisits (via Hobsons) . However, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we will continue to evaluate our daily schedule along with updated campus visit protocol.

We will also be happy to schedule virtual meetings for those colleges that are not traveling; however, please know that a counselor may not be available for the virtual visit.  Virtual visits will be scheduled during the after-school tutorial block from 3:15 – 3:45pm on M/TH/F and from 2:45 – 3:15pm on T/W.  Please assist us by providing a conferencing link (Zoom or Microsoft Teams) when you register to allow our students to log-in for the visit.

In the meantime, should you have any questions, please feel free to contact our College Counseling Administrative Assistant, Ms. Tena Ward at 713-512-3450 or email at  tward@EHSHOUSTON.ORG . Once again, your interest in Episcopal High School is greatly appreciated. We look forward to welcoming you!

If you have a confirmation letter you wish to send us, please email it to Ms. Ward or address it to:

On the Day of Your Visit

If you are using any sort of online mapping system or GPS, keep in mind that EHS is located in the city of Bellaire, Texas (not Houston). View Directions to Campus for directions and to download a campus map. Please enter campus through Entrance Gate 1 off of Bissonnet. You will likely be stopped at the guardhouse to have your driver's license scanned and a Visitor Pass created.

Park in the South Ellipse in one of the visitor parking spaces closest to the Convent building entrance or in an unmarked (i.e., non-reserved) space. Please check in at the reception desk in the Convent building and get a visitor badge if you did not receive one at the guardhouse. You do not need a parking permit. The College Counseling Office is located on the second floor of Scurlock Gym in the Crum Field House.
